The Objective

Turn an unknown repellent formula, with no name or identity, into a national brand with a competitive edge.

The Brief

Guardian is a revolutionary, DEET-FREE repellent that is derived from plant-based ingredients that are more effective than 15% DEET products. The parent company, TyraTech, had a great product but no branding to sell it to distributors. Our challenge was to develop a compelling brand that could compete on a national level and do it in a compressed timeframe, to meet their window of opportunity.

The Solution

Our Firm developed comprehensive branding materials that included the development of a name, logo, tagline, package design, website and collateral materials. The Guardian product line is currently being distributed by online retailers and is poised to enter the marketplace on a national level in 2015.
